to industry, announces that, pursuant to
Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), it has been informed that Celia
Baxter, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a
Non-Executive Director of Volution Group plc, a leading
international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor
air quality solutions, with effect from 5 March 2025.
