    Fundamental-e Investments Plc (the "Company")

Temporary Suspension

The Company announce that it will be unable to publish its annual audited
accounts by 31 March 2007 and therefore is unable to comply with Rule 19 of the
AIM Rules for Companies. The board of the Company has therefore requested that
its shares are temporarily suspended from trading on AIM until such time as the
audited accounts are published and sent to shareholders.
