Transaction in own shares

 

 

8th November 2024

Griffin Mining Ltd ("the Company") announces that on 7th November 2024 it purchased 25,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 144 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares have been purchased to be held in treasury for the time being pending cancellation.

Following completion of the purchase of these Ordinary Shares there are 184,530,477 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 1,266,996 Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

 

Consequently, shareholders should use 183,263,481 Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
