IG Group Holdings plc
("IG Group") announces today that it
has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005
pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such
purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group
on 31 January 2025, as announced on 3 February 2025:

purchased shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the
Company holds 8,080,093 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has
353,477,775 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares).
Since 3 February 2025, IG Group has
purchased 68,683 shares at a cost of £694,577.44 (excluding fees
and taxes).
