Inspiration Healthcare Group plc
(AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company, announces that
Neil Campbell, Non-Executive Director, has gifted a total of 71,428
ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company
("Ordinary Shares") to his children, Oliver Campbell and Edward
Campbell, for nil consideration. This is in accordance with
Neil Campbell's intention, as stated in the Company's Result of
Placing and Subscription announcement on 26 June 2024.
The 71,428 Ordinary Shares are being
gifted equally, with 35,714 Ordinary Shares to Oliver Campbell and
35,714 Ordinary Shares to Edward Campbell. Oliver and Edward
Campbell are both PCAs of Neil Campbell.
Following the transfer, Neil
Campbell holds 4,416,646 Ordinary Shares representing approximately
4.93% of the Company's issued share capital, Oliver Campbell holds
43,330 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.05% of the
Company's issued share capital, and Edward Campbell holds 35,714
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's
issued share capital.
