Exercise of unapproved executive share options

The Company has been notified today that on 16 February 2006 Mike Forder, Group
Finance Director, exercised unapproved executive share options for 12,500 shares
at a price of 190p per share. All of the shares were retained by Mr Forder. 
After this transaction, Mike Forder's disclosable interest in the Company is
37,850 shares, representing 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.

Application will be made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 23 
February 2006
