Significant shareholding

The Company received notification on 30 January 2007 that Schroders plc has an
interest in an aggregate of 22,525,428 ordinary shares in the Company, which are
held in portfolios managed on a discretionary basis for clients under investment
management agreements with Schroder Investment Management Limited and its
associates and subsidiaries. This holding represents 16.00% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
