                   Chairmans AGM Statement

At  Dart Groups Annual General Meeting held at 10.00am today,
Philip   Meeson,   Chairman   and   Chief   Executive,    told
shareholders:

"I  am  pleased to be able to report to shareholders  that  we
have  now taken delivery of our first converted Airbus  A300B4
Eurofreighter from British Aerospace Aviation Services.  The
aircraft has now entered service with the Groups wholly owned
subsidiary Channel Express (Air Services).

I  am also pleased to report that our second Airbus A300B4 has
been  delivered  ahead of schedule to Daimler  Benz  Aerospace
Airbus  ('DASA')  in Dresden, Germany for  conversion  from  a
passenger aircraft into a freighter.

We  are  continuing to have negotiations to purchase  a  third
Airbus A300B4 for delivery later this year.

The  Group  continues to trade well and I  remain  comfortable
with market expectations for the full year."
