Change of Name

 

Following the Results of the Scheme and Issue of Scheme Shares announcement on 27 February 2024 in relation to the proposed combination with JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc, the Board is pleased to announce that, with effect from today, the Company has changed its name to JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income plc.

 

The Company's shares will trade under the new name on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 29 February 2024.

 

The Company's London Stock Exchange TIDM will change to JUGI. The Company's ISIN, SEDOL and LEI remain unchanged.  Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and will remain valid.

 

The Company's website address will shortly be amended to www.jpmorganuksmallcapgrowthandincomeplc.com
