Pursuant to Rule 15 of the AIM Rules, Lionheart plc has been informed of the
following changes to a significant holding:



The Company was notified yesterday that on 27 January 2003 Montanaro Fund
Managers Limited sold 200,000 Ordinary shares which were held in their New
Millennium Fund.  As a result of this transaction, Montanaro Fund Managers
Limited is no longer classified as a significant shareholder as defined by the
AiM rules.
