Accounts Update

nanosynth announces that the Company will not be in a position to publish its interim financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2023 ("Interim Results") by 30 September 2023, being the deadline provided by Rule 18 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

The Company is currently preparing the full year results for the year ended 31 December 2022 and Interim Results, and it is anticipated that these will be released together.

The Company continues to consider potential funding options for the business.

Trading in the Company's shares on AIM will remain suspended and further announcements will be made in due course as appropriate.
