RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 
 
 
Plantic (AIM:PLNT), the technology company engaged in the development and 
commercialisation of a range of environmentally friendly plastics from renewable 
resources, today held its Annual General Meeting in Melbourne, Australia. 
 
 
Plantic confirms that all resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting, 
including resolutions to re-elect Mr Ian Wightwick and Mr Gordon Merchant as 
directors of the Company, were duly passed.
