Lagos and London - December 13, 2024:  The Company was notified of the purchase of 20,000 ordinary shares by Mr. Babs Omotowa, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. 

The above transaction equates to a voting interest of 0.0034% based on the issued shares of 588,444,561.

Further details of the transaction are set out in the attached Notification and Public Disclosure of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them.
