There is no connection between the SMX deal and the HMBL deal…as much as some want to believe otherwise. If the purpose was to get YBYRA to a US trade stock, SMX is more valuable since it has a NAZ listing. Not so much for HMBL.

I still expect the deal to be rescinded at some point.
