Change of Auditor

Safestay (AIM: SSTY), the owner and operator of an international brand of contemporary hostels, is pleased to announce, following a thorough tender process, the appointment of Haysmacintyre LLP ("Haysmacintyre") as auditor for the finanical year ending 31 December 2023.

The appointment of Haysmacintyre follows the resignation of CLA Evelyn Partners Limited ("CLA Evelyn Partners") who has confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation which it considers should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

The Board wishes to take this opportunity to extend appreciation to CLA Evelyn Partners for its services rendered to the Company in recent years.
