Update

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 1 September 2008, the Board
advises that it is in discussions with a party to consider the sale of the
remaining trade and assets of the Company. In addition, the Company is in
discussions with a number of parties to provide it with further capital
following the disposal.

Such a disposal and fund raising would require the consent of shareholders and
it is the intention of the Board to convene a general meeting of the Company
and seek shareholder consent, inter alia, (1) for such a disposal, (2) to adopt
an investing strategy pursuant to AIM Rule 15 for Companies and (3) to
reorganise the share capital of the Company to enable it to raise further
funds.

The Company currently has limited cash resources and without successful
completion of such proposals would be unable to continue to trade.

A further update announcement will be made in due course.
