In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6,
Xploite plc (AIM: XPT, "the Company"), hereby notifies the market that the
Company's issued share capital comprises 39,516,955 ordinary shares of 10p each.
All of these shares carry voting rights.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
