The Directors of Mobile Streams Plc announce the issue of 62,353,128 ordinary shares of
0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") in settlement of advisory fees. The
shares will be issued at £0.000425 per Ordinary
Share.
Application has been made for a total
of 62,353,128 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will
be effective from 20th May 2024. Following
Admission there will be a total of 6,424,115,963 Ordinary Shares in
issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in, 6,424,115,963 under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
