ACTIV Financial Systems Inc. (ACTIV), a global distributor of financial market data and Bursa Malaysia Berhad (BM), one of the largest exchanges in ASEAN,  announced they have signed an agreement to offer equities, indices, and derivatives market data globally through ACTIV’s normalized data feed. This agreement provides clients with direct access to both BM and BMD markets in a managed environment.

“We are delighted to welcome ACTIV on-board as one of the Exchange’s market data providers. As we continue to expand our visibility globally, partnerships with a global provider of market information like ACTIV are critical towards distribution and provision of timely and reliable data to the end users. Leveraging ACTIV’s real time publishing platform to improve access to global market participants will play an important role in enhancing their ability to unlock investment opportunities in our marketplace.” said Datuk Muhamad Umar Swift, Chief Executive Officer of Bursa Malaysia.

“ACTIV Financial continues to expand its global exchange content value by adding Bursa Malaysia Berhad.” said Mike Misiaszek, Global Head of Sales at ACTIV. “We’re excited to be working with the team at BM to on-board their equities, indices and derivatives market data so that we can offer it to our global community of customers and prospects.”
