The best way to describe the session is as a reflective space to get your trading perspective clear, as well as input on your strategy or a new one tailored directly for you.
Other topics can include advanced money and risk managed protocols, which indicators are more worthwhile than others, where to place stop loss and take profit orders, how to manage your leverage and market selection and trading hours.
It will also cover the psychological side of trading and how you can best prepare for different eventualities. Sometimes all that is required is some reflection to understand that small element you’ve been missing.
