GIBX is proud to announce the launch of GIBX SPAC. This private equity tool was created based on GIBXChange, an integrated Internet brokerage firm.

The core token in use is X, helping millions use digital assets services. The service is available in more than 50 countries.

The most innovative way to get listed in the US is GIBX Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC). GIBX SPAC starts by building shells, followed by raising funds. This process is succeeded by going public on the US mainboard.

The US Securities Regulatory Commission has minimum listing standards. These standards must be met by companies seeking listing. Fortunately, they are met by listing in the GIBX SPAC form. This listing method saves time and money compared to the direct overseas listing. The strategic listing will enable Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) to own an unpredictable future.

A statement from the brains behind this digital financial tool reads, “GIBX will act as the initiator of SPAC, and we are currently looking for co-founders to create SPAC’s listing. We are open for members to use GUSDT™ to exchange the shares of SPAC, and you will have the opportunity to become a shareholder of SPAC. Moreover, the company will also accept X tokens from GIBXSWAP in exchange for SPAC founder’s shares. GIBX SPAC’s lawyers will help our members complete the relevant KYC process and will also issue stock certificates to members who use GUSDT™ to convert into SPAC stocks.”

There will be 20 million shares exchanges in five stages.

  • The first 1 million shares will cost $5 per share. This round is named the seed round.
  • The angel round is the second phase. There will be 2 million shares going at $6 per share.
  • The private placement round will be the third round with 3.5 shares. Each share will cost $7.
  • The A round is the fourth phase. Available shares are 5.5 million, and each will cost $8.
  • The last round is the B phase. It has 8 million shares each, costing $9.

There are two weeks reserved for each round of sales.

You can trade your Global Index, Stock contract, Cryptocurrencies, and Precious metals on these comprehensive digital financial platform.
