AUD/USD reacted positively after the NAB business confidence index's release

The AUD/USD has started the Asian session with a strong bullish momentum after the publication of the NAB business confidence index, which has scored a total of 6.

Now, the aussie is consolidating above the pivot point at the level of 0.8725 and now this pair aims bullish resistance at the 0.8773 level. If the pair manages to break that level, the next target would be the resistance level of 0.8807, which is above the 200 SMA. Furthermore, the AUD/USD has two important support levels: the pivot point at the level of 0.8725 and the support level of 0.8691.

The MACD indicator remains in positive territory and the current intraday trend of this pair is bullish.
