Simon Hedger, a friend and fellow shareholder in Haynes, and someone who looks into companies deeply, passed on some useful information about the fruits of all that investment the Haynes directors have been doing.

His email:  “I think it would be good to highlight some of the new contracts they are winning across their portfolio as this helps back up their rationale for the big development costs i.e.

•  New Chinese customer (Autel – https://www.auteltech.com/) who are buying Haynes diagnostics and automotive aftermarket data.  Gives them a foot hold into China…
  • Targeting Australasia and Asia Pacific as growth market
  • Just re-signed Shell as one of their oil clients (OATS)
  • Workshop Data suite (VESA) being sold into Australia from end of this year
