Euro-zone industrial production rose more than expected in October
The seasonally adjusted industrial production in the Euro-zone recorded a rise of 0.60% on a MoM basis in October, more than market expectations for an advance of 0.30%. Industrial production had fallen 0.30% in the previous month.
Italian CPI dropped as expected in November
The final consumer price index (CPI) in Italy dropped 0.40% in November on a monthly basis, in line with market expectations. The CPI had advanced 0.20% in the previous month. The preliminary figures had also recorded a drop of 0.40%.
Italian EU normalised CPI dropped less than expected in November
On a monthly basis, the final EU normalised CPI slid 0.40% in November, in Italy, less than market expectations for a drop of 0.50%. In the previous month, the EU normalised CPI had risen 0.50%. The preliminary figures had also indicated a fall of 0.40%.
Canadian house price index registered an unexpected rise in November
In November, the house price index unexpectedly advanced 0.20% on a monthly basis in Canada, higher than market expectations for a fall of 0.20%. The house price index had climbed 0.10% in the previous month..
