UK BRC shop price index rose in November
In the UK, the BRC shop price index registered a rise of 0.10% on an annual basis in the UK, in November. In the previous month, the index had fallen 0.20%.
French consumer confidence declined in November
In November, consumer confidence index in France registered a drop to a level of 92.00, lower than market expectations of a fall to 94.00. The index had recorded a level of 95.00 in the prior month.
US housing price index rose less than expected in September
The US housing price index rose 0.20% on a monthly basis, in September, lower than market expectations for an advance of 0.40%. The index had recorded a revised rise of 0.40% in the previous month.
US CB consumer confidence index dropped in November
The CB consumer confidence index in the US recorded a drop to a level of 135.70 in November, meeting market expectations. In the previous month, the index had registered a reading of 137.90.
