Euro-zone industrial production climbed more than anticipated in November
In the Euro-zone, industrial production rose 1.0% on a MoM basis in November, compared to a revised drop of 1.90% in the previous month. Markets were anticipating industrial production to rise 0.50%.
US Michigan consumer sentiment index advanced more than expected in January
In the US, the Michigan consumer sentiment index climbed to 64.60 in January, compared to a level of 59.70 in the prior month. Markets were expecting the index to rise to 60.50.
