UK S&P Global/CIPS services PMI climbed more than forecasted in November
In the UK, the S&P Global/CIPS services PMI advanced to 50.90 in November, compared to a level of 49.50 in the previous month. Markets were expecting the PMI to rise to 50.50.
Euro-zone HCOB services PMI advanced more than estimated in November
In the Euro-zone, the HCOB services PMI rose to 48.70 in November, compared to a level of 47.80 in the previous month. Markets were expecting the PMI to rise to 48.20.
Euro-zone PPI dropped less than expected in October
In the Euro-zone, the PPI fell 9.40% on a YoY basis in October, compared to a fall of 12.40% in the prior month. Markets were expecting the PPI to drop to 9.50%.
German HCOB services PMI advanced more than expected in November
In Germany, the HCOB services PMI rose to 49.60 in November, compared to a level of 48.20 in the previous month. Markets were expecting the PMI to rise to 48.70.
US JOLTS job openings declined more than anticipated in October
In the US, the JOLTS job openings fell to 8.73 million in October, compared to a level of 9.35 million jobs in the previous month. Markets were expecting the JOLTS job openings to drop to 9.30 million.
US ISM services PMI climbed more than expected in November
In the US, ISM services PMI rose to 52.70 in November, compared to a level of 51.80 in the previous month. Markets were expecting the PMI to rise to 52.00.
