UK Rightmove house price index dropped in December
In the UK, the Rightmove house price index fell 1.90% on a MoM basis in December, compared to a drop of 1.70% in the previous month.
Japan producer price index (PPI) climbed more than anticipated in November
In Japan, the producer price index (PPI) rose 0.30% on a YoY basis in November, compared to a revised rise of 0.90% in the prior month. Markets were expecting the index to rise 0.10%.
Australia Westpac consumer confidence index rose in December
In Australia, the Westpac consumer confidence index advanced to 82.10 in December, compared to a level of 79.90 in the prior month.
Australia NAB business confidence index fell in November
In Australia, the NAB business confidence index declined to -9.00 in November, compared to a revised level of -3.00 in the previous month.
