Rally Software starts IPO on the NYSE

Boulder based Rally Software, a leading global provider of cloud-based solutions for managing Agile software development, opened for trading today on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol RALY after its initial public offering.
GETCO Securities, LLC is the Designated Market Maker (DMM) for the company’s stock. CEO Tim Miller, joined by Rally’s Founder and CTO Ryan Martens and members of the company’s team, celebrated the company’s first day of trading by visiting the NYSE trading floor for the stock opening and by ringing the exchanges opening bell.
