RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ - 6670b11bda846f306ac04446.gif(NewMediaWire) - June 18, 2024 - LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (OTC MARKETS: LQWC) is focused on innovative, decentralized, scalable wastewater treatment and reuse technologies. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Biopipe Global, the Company is concurrently pursuing both industrial (ETP) and sewage wastewater treatment (STP) markets.

Max Khan, the CEO of Lifequest, stated that, "This is our first Biopipe STP order for a resort in Africa and will serve as a key reference site. Biopipe STPs are currently at two resorts in the Maldives. Our channel partner has been aggressively marketing Biopipe over the last twelve months and expects additional orders to come through from the various proposals that have already been submitted. We have received a 50% deposit and expect to ship the plant in the first week of July."

Biopipe has recently completed the installation of the previously announced 200m3/day plant at Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia. We are currently waiting for sewage line to be connected so the plant can be commissioned. Although a demonstration plant has been successfully running at Ministry of Irrigation & Water, the Addis Ababa University plant will be our first commercial scale plant in Ethiopia. Our channel partner there has several proposals in the pipeline and expects orders to firm up upon successful commissioning of this plant. Our team was also able to train the local team on how to do future installations on their own with our guidance.

About LifeQuest & BioPipe

LifeQuest offers effluent treatment plants (ETP), sewage treatment plants (STP), fat oil and grease (FOG) separator and hybrid media for water polishing. BioPipe has developed a patented, 100% sludge-free, chemical-free, odor-free, silent, easy to assemble and install, scalable, low cost, ecological and low maintenance-free onsite sewage wastewater treatment system. The Abrimix ETP solution available through our joint venture is a highly efficient and cost-effective industrial wastewater treatment system that is vastly superior to Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) and other onsite industrial wastewater treatment systems.

Ridgefield Park, NJ - (NewMediaWire) - November 30, 2022 - LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC) is focused on innovative, decentralized, scalable wastewater treatment and reuse technologies. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Biopipe India Private Limited, the Company is concurrently pursuing both industrial (ETP) and sewage wastewater treatment (STP) markets.

Tanmay Pawale, the CEO of Biopipe India Private Limited, stated that, “Biopipe has secured an order from a renowned multi-specialty hospital in Nashik, India. India is rapidly moving towards decentralized sewage treatment systems and for the past year and a half we have been working to establish a foothold in the decentralized wastewater treatment market for hospitals. Biopipe stands out against competition in terms of space and energy savings, no odor, no sludge and quality of treated wastewater. The small footprint of the Biopipe STP allowed the hospital to free up space to accommodate other utility systems in the allotted area.”

Enes Kutluca, the CEO of Biopipe Global Corp, stated that, “It has been observed that the intrinsic toxicity of hospital effluents could be 5 to15 times more than an urban effluent. Hospital sewage/wastewater can contaminate surface and ground water with a variety of potentially harmful substances, posing significant risks to people and the environment. Hospital sewage wastewater treatment is therefore essential. Biopipe systems is the best suited sewage treatment plant for hospitals in urban settings where onsite treatment is the only option.”

$LQWC Lifequest’s First Build Own Operate 200-300m3/day Capacity Abattoir Wastewater Treatment Plant in South Africa is Fully Operational and Expected to Generate Approximately $1.5 Million EBITDA in the First 10 Years of 10+10 Year Agreement
Press Release | 01/06/2022
RIDGEFIELD PARK, NEW JERSEY, Jan. 06, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire -- LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC) is focused on innovative, scalable and disruptive decentralized wastewater treatment and reuse technologies. Our subsidiary in South Africa is engaged in Water-as-a-Service (WaaS) involving treatment of industrial and sewage wastewater. The current plant at a major beef processor involves a Water-as-a-Service (WaaS) agreement for 10 years with automatic renewal for 10 additional years. Under this Agreement the client pays a service fee for every cubic meter of treated water.

Pieter Jansen, the CEO of our subsidiary, said, “We are absolutely delighted to get our first WaaS plant producing clean reusable water and solids that are being fed to a biogas plant. Our client is a vertically integrated beef processor and keenly interested in reusing every drop of water. The plant has successfully delivered the required quality of water with a Turbidity of 2.38 NTU’s and less (potable water is between 1 and <5). The plant is operating effectively and efficiently as designed and has shown the capability to exceed the required average daily discharge volumes and to deal with the expected variability in discharge quality of wastewater typical of such applications that conventional treatment processes tend to struggle with. The client is currently processing 450 cattle heads per day and we are working on a plan to increase the capacity of the plant.”

Max Khan, the CEO of Lifequest, said, “We pivoted towards WaaS model due to challenging capital investment environment for government and commercial clients and disruptions from Covid-19. Corporate customers are aggressively investing in sustainability and reuse of wastewater has become inevitable due to water stress around the world. All our WaaS agreements will have minimum take or pay clauses and offered only to credit worthy clients with long operating histories in order to reduce counter party default risk. We have utmost confidence in the treatment capabilities of our technologies. We have additional plants in the pipeline and we are completing the technical due diligence to invest in a 900m3/day plant for a major dairy producer. IRRs and ROI remain very attractive and we are in discussions with potential investors for non-dilutive project finance debt to fund additional plants. Our current business plan is adequately funded.”

With the water shortage in California and around the globe, this company shows some real promising potential. The global wine and spirits company is probably a California based company. The guy that predicted the Wall Street collapse of mortgage securitizations and shorted the market (re:the movie "The Big Short") predicted immediately after the real estate bubble and the mortgage meltdown that his next venture would be water as he predicted that there would be a global water shortage. With this companies innovative clean water technology and there trajectory in their sequential growth revenue not to mention their current market value...a very inexpensive investment that may prove to have a colossal ROI.

$LQWC Lifequest Subsidiary, Biopipe, Receives Its First Commercial Order in Ethiopia for a 100m3/day Sewage Treatment Plant Expected to be Installed at a Prestigious Resort
Press Release | 08/17/2021
RIDGEFIELD PARK, NEW JERSEY, Aug. 17, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire -- LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC) subsidiary, Biopipe Global has developed the world’s only highly scalable onsite sludge and chemical free sewage wastewater treatment technology. This is Company’s first commercial purchase order for Biopipe sewage treatment plant from Ethiopia. The plant will have an installed capacity of 100m3 (26,500 gallons)/day and expected to meet all local discharge and reuse standards. The Company has issued the proforma invoice to the general contractor and the plant will take approximately 45 days to procure and deliver upon receipt of an acceptable letter of credit on a Free on Board (FOB) basis.

Tesfaye Tadli, Country Head for Biopipe, said, “We are thrilled to secure our first commercial order in Ethiopia. This 100m3/day plant will be installed at a prestigious resort in Gorgara, which is close to ancient city Gondar and Lake Tana and is one of three ‘Dine for Ethiopia’ tourist attraction development projects launched by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed. More importantly Biopipe was selected ahead of a German STP system. We are also close to installing the demo plant for Ministry of Water & Irrigation and once commissioned, it will help us to accelerate the conversion of current sales opportunities in Ethiopia. We expect the letter of credit (LC) in favor of Biopipe Global to be opened within the next 30 days. Covid has certainly set us back by year and half but we are very confident of delivering meaningful sales in Ethiopia.”

Very tiny float and their most recent 3 10 Q's beat the total growth for all 4 quarters last year...so you know their top line will reflect very strong sequential growth revenue on the 10K due to come out this month. I see a lot of upside potential. Furthermore, when waiting to be seated and talking with an actually army general outside of a restaurant about a decade ago, I asked if oil was a major concern, his response was no, "It is water!"

$LQWC Lifequest Subsidiary, Biopipe, Successfully Demonstrates the Treatment and Reuse of Sewage Wastewater for the Third Largest Municipality in Turkey and Enters Into Commercial Discussions
Press Release | 07/28/2021
RIDGEFIELD PARK, NEW JERSEY, July 28, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire -- LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC) subsidiary, Biopipe Global has developed the world’s only highly scalable onsite sludge and chemical free sewage wastewater treatment technology. The Company installed a 30m3 (7,900 gallons)/day Biopipe plant at a large sewage wastewater treatment facility in Izmir and successfully demonstrated that the plant can not only exceed the discharge standards, but also produce water that can be reused for irrigation. The plant has been running for well over three months and all independent tests were carried out by the municipality.

Mr. Enes Kutluca, CEO, said, "Turkey is already water stressed and more recently, the entire world witnessed the spread of sea snot in the Sea of Marmara due to dumping of wastewater into the sea. In Istanbul more than 70% of the wastewater dumped into the sea is only pre-treated or untreated. Municipalities are under pressure to recycle and reuse at least 5% of their wastewater and are increasingly looking to efficient onsite treatment solutions and are generally unhappy with current packaged treatment systems. We began working with Izmir municipality earlier this year and they are extremely pleased and surprised at the treatment efficiencies we have achieved and the potential reuse of treated wastewater for irrigation. We are working to further augment our treatment process so the treated water can be discharged into the sea. The municipality has identified at least 80 potential sites where Biopipe can be installed and we are now working on a Build Own Transfer (BOT) model with 10 to 15 year concession period. Considering the fact that the Municipality currently pays $0.66/m3 for water, we can clearly demonstrate not only the environmental benefits but also net savings from a Biopipe plant. Our goal is to eventually take our solution to all other municipalities in Turkey. This is a major stepping stone for us in Turkey.”

Just did a few hour's of dd on LQWC and medium to long term looks like a winner to me. We need to create some interest and get more people posting on the board. We have a product that the world needs and it is protected by patents. Worked 22 years of my working life in Asia and they have immediate needs for the products that it can provide at a very reasonable price. There is a lot of work for LQWC to get done to make all this happen at a fast pace. Lets make this happen and let the world know what we have to sell.

$LQWC Lifequest Signs Letter of Intent with Aquity (Pty) Ltd. to Pursue Build Own Operate and Build Own Lease Transfer and Water-as-a-Service Wastewater Treatment Plants
Press Release | 04/08/2021
Lifequest Will Own a Majority Stake in Aquity and Arrange Project Finance to Build a Portfolio of Plants Yielding Long-Term Cash Flow

RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ, April 08, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire – LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC) is focused on innovative, scalable and disruptive decentralized wastewater treatment and reuse technologies. Pursuant to the LOI, the Company will acquire a majority equity interest in Aquity and provide project financing to pursue build own operate (BOO), build own lease transfer (BOLT) and Water-as-a-Service (WaaS) plants in South Africa. Such plants are either evergreen (perpetual) or have minimum 10-year concessions and 7-year lease and expected to yield stable cash flow over a long period with equity IRRs in excess of 25%. The global growth of modular, distributed (onsite) wastewater plants is expected to rise to $21.8 billion in 2021. Of the $21.8 billion, $9.1 billion is forecast to be purchased by municipal wastewater, $8.4 billion by industrial wastewater and $4.4 billion for municipal drinking water.

Mr. Max Khan, CEO, said, "With decentralized systems becoming a viable option, governments and corporations are increasingly turning to BOO, BOLT and WaaS models. This asset class is now attracting private equity and impact investors seeking stable cash flow. We have an opportunity to build a portfolio of such plants over the next 18 months in the countries we operate in. We are pursuing several project debt financing options in order to execute the projects in the pipeline. Aquity has complete design, engineering, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance capability and has an agreement in place to do the first BOO plant. It is a 10+10-year abattoir wastewater treatment-as-a-service agreement with one of South Africa’s premier beef producers. The plant is expected to generate circa $3.5 million in free cash flow over twenty years. Lifequest is expected to arrange the debt financing along with its shares of equity capital.”

$LQWC Lifequest’s Subsidiary Biopipe Commissions First Plant in California and Receives Second Order for Its Sludge Free Sewage Treatment Plant
Press Release | 11/10/2020
RIDGEFIELD PARK, NEW JERSEY, Nov. 10, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire -- LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC) subsidiary, Biopipe Global Corp., which developed the world’s only highly scalable onsite sludge, odor and chemical free sewage wastewater treatment technology, has successfully commissioned its first plant in southern California and received another order for a 10m3/day (3,000GPD), which will be installed at a winery in Napa Valley, CA.

Max Khan, President & CEO of Lifequest, said, “We successfully completed the start-up of our first plant in California. This is a major milestone for the introduction of Biopipe system in North America. Almost every potential customer asks if we have a plant here in the United States. The second order is significant because it will be in a Napa Valley winery, where a competitor’s system has failed to meet the discharge standards. North America has a large addressable market and we can sell our system at very attractive margins. We have received several inquiries in the past few weeks and we are working to convert them into sales in the near future. During the quarter, we have also made strong progress in our key markets. We successfully commissioned the first plant in South Africa (https://www.sacschool.com/2020/10/23/st-andrews-college-takes-its-first-step-to-going-off-grid/). We expect to firm up additional orders in Bangladesh, Ethiopia and India. We are also making headway with our Abrimix industrial wastewater treatment solution as well.”

Pieter Jansen, President, Biopipe Africa, said, “We are delighted to have the reference plant now in South Africa and St. Andrews College is quite impressed by the Biopipe system. This installation is expected to accelerate our sales and marketing and we are already working on several opportunities in South Africa and Mozambique. We have also entered into a channel partnership with an engineering advisory firm to expand into western Africa. We are excited about Biopipe and all the emerging opportunities.”

$LQWC Lifequest Subsidiary Biopipe Global Establishes Joint Venture in the Philippines and Receives First Purchase Order for a 9,000 Gallons (35m3) Per Day Plant
Press Release | 10/14/2020
RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ, Oct. 14, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire-- LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC) subsidiary Biopipe Global Corp., which developed the world’s only highly scalable onsite sludge and chemical free sewage wastewater treatment technology, has formally established BPipe Corporation, a joint venture company in the Republic of the Philippines. Simultaneously, we have received a purchase order for a 35m3/day plant which will serve as a reference plant, and we expect to ship the plant in the current quarter. Additionally, the global partnership of Biopipe Global Corporation with Abrimix (Pty) Ltd., a leader in highly efficient, and cost-effective treatment of industrial water, will also enable BPipe to pursue the industrial wastewater treatment market in the Philippines.

According to a World Bank Research Document on Philippines Sanitation Sourcebook and Decision Aid, in the Philippines only about 10% of the wastewater is treated and generates 4,200,000m3of sludge per annum. Only 5% of the total 105.5 million population is connected to a sewage system based on a report by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (“DENR”). Mr. Freddie Canta, President of BPipe Corporation, stated, "Biopipe, with its simple on-site, no-sludge, odor free, small area footprint and scalable system will help address the challenges of sewage treatment in the Philippines. We are looking forward to partnering with the Philippine government and the private sector in their efforts of providing better sanitation to Filipinos and promoting circular economy through water reuse. The market feedback is very encouraging as we already have several requests for proposals from companies in different sectors totaling 5,884m3/day."

"The Philippines sanitation sector is at a crucial turning point," according to Biopipe Global Corp. Chief Marketing Officer, Ms. Nina F. Aquino, "due to new DENR discharge regulations and growing public pressure to clean up Manila Bay from toxic fecal coliform. Initially, we plan to market to our solutions to hotels, shopping malls, mixed-use residential and office complexes, schools and hospitals. As part of our greater global initiative, we will continue to promote the worldwide 100% reuse of treated wastewater to alleviate over pumping of groundwater and pollution of fresh water supplies. In association with WaterPhilippines and the Philippine Water Works Association Inc., Biopipe is hosting a webinar titled, ‘Waste to Resource: Wastewater Treatment and Reuse for Business Profitability,’ on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 3:30 pm (GMT +8) where leaders from various parts of the water and sanitation sector will speak on best practices to achieve economic means to wastewater reuse & recycling.”
