Thanks for posting Sleven.  Amarin's lawyers cited possible amicus briefs on behalf of Hikma as one reason for requesting an extension for their response.  Anyone seen anything concerning any amicus briefs filed for the petitioner?  I assume there would have been but I am not aware.

Who knows. That was a lot of relative volume on the DOD news and I am not certain all positioning like hedging and loaning shares here and there are reportable to finra. But I do think people agree as to the self-inflicted part of the story...
