I’ll take a stab at it. It’s very possible L affects chemo’s efficacy just as certain vitamins do. Something else that needs to be worked out in trials.🤷‍♀️ Given L’s MoA I’d bet it’s more efficacious leaving some residual tumor while also forgoing chemo. Timing is everything.
