I don't feel that he has total control, now that he has the two big partners that are going to do the financing and bringing it public. Not a fact , just an opinion. But once it starts it will move a lot faster then he could of done it.

The mineanddine illiteracy is amflied with inability to provide corroboration of allegations, legal challenges to filings, website receits(?), or SEC/OTCMG discipline evidence.

Bought back ALGN twice today for nice gains and sold the same a third time.
