Acquisitor Plc, the AIM-listed investment company, sent the following letter to
Nettec Plc, on 12 September 2003.

Dear Sir

Section 198 Companies Act 1985 ("The Act").

We write to give notice that following the purchase of 1,200,000 shares on
Thursday 11 September 2003, Acquisitor Plc have an interest, within the meaning
of Part VI of the Act, in 12,050,000 ordinary shares of your company
representing 9.96%* of the issued share capital.

The shares will be registered in the name of Hanover Nominees Limited.
