I always interpet them as to-be-buyers too.

And a lot of shares still sold short

Apparently professional asset managers did take a liking to this stock

Candel yearly range is.60 range to $15.00 low to high if you find cancer stocks that are disruptive big gains potential. I see similar potential with ICCM IceCure kills breast cancer and Lung cancer with 97% non recurrence rate 5 years out. No outstanding debt or warrants.
