Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers;
Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Provident Financial Holdings, Inc. (the "Corporation"), the holding company for Provident Savings Bank, F.S.B. (the
"Bank"), announced that TamHao B. Nguyen has resigned from her position as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Corporation and the Bank, effective February 21, 2025, in order to pursue another opportunity.
Ms. Nguyen’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Corporation or the Bank. Ms. Nguyen has agreed
to serve in her current position through February 21, 2025, to assist in the transition process. A formal search has been initiated and until such time when a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed, Haryanto “Lee” Sunarto, the Treasurer and Vice
President has agreed to also serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer effective February 22, 2025.
