("Evolve") announces the final income distribution and
capital gain distribution amount per unit (the
"Distributions") for the Evolve Slate Global Real Estate
Enhanced Yield Fund (the "Evolve ETF"), as indicated in the
table below. Evolve will de-list units of the Evolve
ETF from the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") on or about
August 8, 2023 with termination date
on or about August 10, 2023.
