That's public knowledge and reported all over the publications. You can't just make things up and take press releases out - that had to be proven in reported deals.  Controlled Investnents is the name of his investment bank and direct investment firm.

A very reasonable comment was made by another this am that they don’t necessarily like when ceos engage in specific price predictions (because it looks unprofessional and pumpy whether it is or isn’t). Then a simple one word reply saying that I feel the same. Now that could have been left alone right there but instead the triggered peanut gallery starts saying absurd things that are not only nonsensical but go against every other thing they say (I’m still waiting to see if we have the best ceo who we are lucky to have sharing all these specific price targets/timelines or if it’s “who cares what someone predicts it’s just a prediction and the otc is full of bad predictions” lol . What I did say is I have very successful work/business life so I have no need to worry about what happens in the otc . It also allows me to invest only with money and not HOPIUM meaning I can see things clearly. Ironically I haven’t once bashed this stock or our potential here . Comments were made by others then question was asked in reply that I simply answered. It’s not my fault or problem that triggers some snowflakes here.

Who gives a chit what anyone predicts? It's a prediction. If you can't make up your own mind as to a future market cap from operations then compare that to current stock market cap, best get out of OTCs.

Hughlighting potential revenue/ growth and doing price prediction that is more than 10x current price is two diff things. Saying that ZH UD price target is $.20 is pumping imo, let alone makkng the timeline by Summer 2025...these just sound too pumpy imo

This is my sentiment as well. There wasn't anything pre-recorded? There's not another person that could deliver the news? There's no built in redundancy to avoid these exact situations? If this announcement is/was as major as the hype being built around it one would imagine there would be some intention of making sure that message is delivered on time as promised.

Every major public company provides pricing guidance.  These price targets are validated by our investment banking teams at Roth Capital and Raymond James.  There is nothing "pumpy" about providing guidance.

Look at the entire otc markets during the pst 3.5-4 weeks. Volume down across the board due to the holidays.  Same trend happens every year.

Simple answer. It’s because their sole focus should be on fundamentally increasing the value of the company regardless of current market price/sentiment. . Predictions are just that. Too many factors to list that can affect what one thinks the price may be at some specified time in the future. It’s in bad taste and looks a little pumpy. Much like a NYE *apology of “being very sick with norovirus” but someone not enough of an emergency that would need sharing (as we were tilde was being discharged that day) for no other reason than to explain away some earlier promised MFA (again something that doesn’t need pre announcing for this exact reason) before EOY that would now come as soon as his tummy bug is better. Regardless it is what it is. Let’s just hope he brings us a fraction of the value he keeps going on about then we’d be golden . GLTUA

Just curious why? Genuine question and not trying to provoke. The way I personally feel about it is its usually simple math. We can "guess" based on similar industry multipliers and the particular company's revenue, ebitda, share structure, etc. What a reasonable fair market value of a stock "should" be. I don't see a problem highlighting the fact that there is room for growth to be in line with similar stocks in the same industry.

I'm expecting a similar report to come out for American industries soon. Might wait for button might not. Maybe he blows us away and brings in another smaller player or 2.

Ya pretty much on standby until we hear from him about Button. I think some folks are probably just holding their breath waiting to see what happens. Not that I'm not confident in it happening, but Button is the big fish and where we get a serious boost in financial potential, then audits and then uplist. Looks like they are fast tracking ZHUD to get uplisted so that's pretty cool and I hope their price projections come to fruition.
