I have been desperately wanting one of my other investments to recover because they just announced a merger and yet its still sitting the red. I have been debating taking the loss so I can throw it in here and ZHUD because they are ticking time bombs to shoot up. I am trying to be patient waiting for the other one to come to fruition so I can sell but I know it will recover the day these two sky rocket cause that is just the way it goes haha

It's just low volume sellers. It goes both ways. I'm not worried about the day today trading as long as we're rending in the right direction which I believe we are I saw a lot of red everywhere today and I think a lot of it has to do with the crypto booming. Everyone wants a piece of it.

Agreed. What I am unsure of is if the WeFunder is buying additional shares of AZRH or if it is going to list oilfield services AI as a separate Ticker.

Heck I’ll even back you on this one. There’s no point to an RM if it’s not to raise some funds to grow a business exponentially. It would be hella suspicious if plans to raise some funds weren’t mentioned. The key is on when and why one raises funds. GLTUA

Change of control was filed both with the Nevada Secretary of State, and it was submitted to the OTCM when Cohen said he was going to take care of it 2 weeks ago.

I know it sounds crazy, but we just had thanksgiving... we are expecting to see it reflected within the OTC end of this week.

Second - why is it so crazy that Cohen would raise capital to grow the businesses he just merged? He just laid out a lot of his capital.  Do you want these companies to grow or remain stagnant? 

Lastly - as cohen already stated, these shares are restricted until the date of uplist.

What do you accomplish when you attack Cohen or the company after we just announced 3 major mergers in less than 45 days?
