Why would I call cohen or produce DD? That makes less than no sense. I’m not worried about my position. I wouldn’t call him anyways, and I’m not trying to convince anyone to buy or sell anything. I’m not here to entertain anyone and they could always put on their big boy panties and scroll past. Anything else of little value to add to the conversation?

Totally understand that approach and I appreciate your answer. And to your edit, yes I would prefer the ask got slapped by others as well. I can only speak for myself but I have exclusively slapped the ask when buying here. Never bid sat one time and I believe I have iterated that on a number of occassions. I generally don't waste the time and effort squabbling with myself for pennies in difference when I feel the upside is multiple dollars. It becomes relatively inconsequential in the end when playing with the amount of money I utilize for these kinds of plays. I've never sold a share and only slapped the ask. Technically I did sell some ZHUD to buy more AZRH on a dip cause Fidelity had my funds locked under their new rules but I thankfully got those ZHUD shares back for nearly half of what I sold for so it worked out.

I would still be holding 25k for that potential 10-15x more. While I always hold long I rarely if ever hold them ALL long. By that point I’ll have already made a great % return and there’s 1000s of tickers out there to continue to add to the list. Sometimes I’ll even parlay some long wins into shorter very liquid plays like I’ve been doing with bullfrog holdings lately. Had some nice 30% swings in a day or 2 in quite a predictable channel Then add a new long position. Diversity is the key. Like the saying goes. Bill make money, bears make money, pigs get slaughtered . GLTUA

Edit to add: wouldn’t the better question be if the peanut gallery truly believed it would 15x more *very soon that they would spend more time slapping and less time stink bid sitting and trying to attack true longs?

As much as we bicker with eachother, I have always at least maintained that you are genuine in your position of stock holdings here and you do not bash the stock but I had to jab ya when you did. Nothing wrong with a little fun haha

But I don't doubt fink's long position and I obviously don't doubt my own. I would have actually thought you had more shares than me honestly and I am surprised to hear you plan to sell a majority of your shares in that range. At least my own appetite for risk on this one is a long position in where I hold out my entire position till at the very least $1, only selling the base number of shares to cover my investment cause I think $1 tends to be a psychological hump for a lot of people and we may seem some stagnation around that point. The remainder of my shares, which is a vast majority of my position, won't be touched until at the very least Nasdaq.

I am genuinely curious why you would sell a majority of your shares for cheaper? Not judging in the slightest, I wholeheartedly want to know. If we do reach Nasdaq then $4 per share minimum seems like much better prospects. I am hopeful we reach it this year but its hard to time the bureaucracy but if it can be acheived in say 9 months, why not hold out for 15x the gain in the relatively near future?

To be accurate I’ve never bashed the stock and have repeatedly said I believe in the potential here. What I have bashed is the fake longs who pretend to be fine but aren’t and the online antics of the ceo (two things can be true at once).

If being about $3k away from free shares with just over 80k shares is desperate then I don’t want to be confident lol. FYI I’ll be selling all but 25k between $020-$0.30 (on the ask only as always) so let’s turn that fake slapping into some real slapping boys. Buy the dip!

For sure, but it absolutely tracks and the boy is scrambling now. "I'm long and strong" then proceeds to bash the stock saying the only getting *drilled is volume and price action. But don't forget he holds more shares than you stronger than you and is in a good position. And be sure you don't saying anything too positive though cause he can't have that. Gotta be long and strong on this stock with a good position but gotta remind everyone when its performing poorly. But don't be contradictory! Seems we have the poor lad in a tizzy trying to salvage himself haha I'm just glad he recognizes how desperate those of us in the peanut gallery are "No recovery was necessay" 😆

That’s not saying much. When someone is so obviously desperate as you are (all over the map with contradictory posts across the tickers) , they’re apt to climb into bed with just about anybody. DRILL BABY DRILL….. but hopefully some oil and not just the volume and price

Bought more today. Not sure why anyone would still be selling here given the stock buy back on the horizon at the very least short term and of course the long term prospects here. Oh well, more cheap shares for us!

If they can accomplish what they have set out to do on their timeline than we are bare minimum $4 per share by December 2025. And we are at 9 cents now. Cohen posted a screenshot on insta reel this morning for when SKYQ hit the Nasdaq and said "We already did it once" and I imagine he is alluding to AZRH/American Industries being next in line. Honestly pretty happy I have been able to grab way more shares than I originally had hoped. Just means I can have some extra money left over from when I pay off the mortgage!

The last thing I want to be known for is pulling a long John silver.

Cohen will never sell that Rolex. That was his birthday gift to himself to celebrate his son's first birthday after his ex ran off with his kid back in the summer of 22 and Cohen didn't see Maxx for over 3 months - he didn't sleep and stopped working completelyand only focused on getting his son back.  He prevailed through the family courts, and ended up gaining full custody of his son as a result.  Cohens son is his biggest influence.  The sunglasses were a gift from one of his business partners!

Cohens been stacking up the war chest riding off of the immediate success of Freedom Well Testing, and will be announcing more details on the treasury stock purchase after the Energy Council Event on Thursday at the Nasdaq where he and Josh Watson will be meeting with hundreds of family offices and investors to gather to kick off the killer 2025 and next 4 years ahead under Trumps return and the impact this will have to a Pro American Oil & Gas environment.

Probably just saw the data still showing up for Friday and not realizing the market was closed today. Wasn't it like 147K shares on Friday? I assume he just rounded up to 150k and thought it was referencing today's trading even though the markets are closed. Just a simple mistake.

What parallel universe are you in where trading is open today? Total volume on Friday wasn’t even 150,000. If there is a buy that big at open tomorrow it would be incredible.

I think that is majorly selling it short, but I suppose that depends on your time frame. If they want to uplist to Nasdaq by December 2025 then they need at least $4 per share. Uplisting to QX post merger and audit will hopefully get us well in that range as it will open the door to much more volume and then of course Nasdaq is an even bigger pool of investors.

Once Button is closed and audits complete, how are we not going to at least a buck 50??
Especially if there's a buyback

He's got no skin in the game other than his preferred shares.
15m is one hell of a block to lose. Even if he could get 10% I don't think we have that many in the tradable free float under .75

His & Button's 15m is restricted for a full year.

For sure. And idk how anyone who is at least aware of this news would want to sell right now. I could see selling after if you are in it turn a quick buck on a short term basis, unlike the large long term gains we hope to acheive here. But ya, selling before news like this seems rather foolish and yet some folks are stilling doing it. I mean by the end of next week we could get news that they are buying $1M in stock or something. Who knows how much it will be but honestly with how easily this moves, even a relatively small amount of buying pressure will greatly increase share price.

Ya I mean this is definitely a good sign in all regards. I have half a mind to pull out some other investments and load more here honestly. I mean just think what 200k of buying pressure could do, think about $1mil. really just depends how much they intend to absorb and dwindle the float down even further. We only really have 14m shares to play with anyway. 200k could easily wipe another million shares out of the game in a manner of speaking.

Like selling shares, I wonder if there is a 10day, daily limit of what they can buy?
I've seen Home Depot, GE, Delta buy back their shares back in 2008. It turned around the entire S&P500. It became a thing to show confidence back then. It's a great tool to use.,
