I did see it. I'm here for the long haul. If I can quick flip-some other plays on the reversal of this market correction, I'll put half the profits in here.

Did you see insiders converted commons into preferreds. I can only surmise they are reducing the float for a reason

I'd love to see a buck or 2.  

No new insider purchase filings yet. Hopefully a big deal is fast-approaching! Usually a trader group would sell out before the weekend.

Pretty impressive weekly move for no news. Maybe insiders are averaging down. Feels like longer term investors have jumped on board but there's still 35 minutes to go until the close.

It was 18 million dollars I thought I read 18 million shares.  At yesterdays price of .08 I think that's less then 2 million dollars

Nothing I saw.  But on twitter Mike sheikh was promoting low market cap.  Not saying it's connected since his posts were not from today.  


There's a offering for 18 million coming.  Sometimes I've seen with biotech it pumps right before the offering.  Not saying this is why we got all the volume today.

Interesting do sheiky doing a little investor push.  Anything on the heme oxygen foundation effort.  Been more than 6 months crickets since 

Yeah. If you look at the volume, it’s mostly like $5k here and $10k there. Nothing to impact the cap too much. As far as the latest growth conference, the main takeaways were: they’re frustrated with the current 8million market cap. Heh heh. So say we all. And they’re working lots of licensing pursuits. The dosing trials are still underway. I checked on that and learned a phase 1 dosing trial can take six months or more but a phase 2 or 3 trial often goes beyond a year. I hope theirs wraps up soon. But didn’t sound like they expect it to. Alas.

The recent approvals of mRNA vaccines, Remdesivir, Paxlovid, and Lecanemab, despite little to no efficacy, are a stain on the NIH. Hopefully the day of Big Pharma dominance has come to an end and the NIH begins to focus on rigorous scientific evidence. Given the lightning speed of change under the new administration this transition could happen very quickly.

Yes, I caught that news release. The implications of JV could come from those pursuing the Bird flu is a real possibility. It's going to be interesting to see how this plays out with Nash/Mash. Now with the new administration the health agencies are undergoing some hefty review and change which is going to finally provide a more level chance for others to achieve success and at a quicker pace. Things are definitely looking up.

The other galectin inhibitor drug stock, GALT released awesome news today on their Liver MASH trials, that will spill over into folks finally getting what $BIXT has, because $BIXT has a perfect trial already for N1H1 Covid, proof of their AI perfected antiviral, and is expanding into the Cancer treatment field to help triple the Merck Keytruda cancer cure from about 30% to about 100% effective, by pursuing a JV to show that their Galectin-3 Inhibitor can solve the Keytruda cancer-cure Galectin 3 problem, that is holding back the cure rate to Keytruda. Also they should be closing the door on Bird flu, etc, virus antiviral applications pretty soon.

Is BIXT just a Huff & Puff or is there true Visage in that Climatic Healing Zone?

Anecdotal evidence often is more accurate than trials where data and design (and/or CRO) can manipulate the outcomes and where the FDA can use secondary outcomes and sub unit data to give them the excuse to either approve or disapprove. It all depends on the relationship the company has with the corrupt FDA that first and foremost will protect the big pharma club members. If the data could impact the bottom line profits of competition big pharma or should any club members have competitive drugs in trials slated for future approval, then the company's drug trials will face all kinds of obstacles. Hopefully today RFK Jr gets his intended appointment!!

There is plenty of real science on the Galectin-3 connections, and value of Galectin-3 antivirals. Big Pharma, or WS Money just needs to WTF up and smell the massive value sitting here waiting.

I have another anecdotal experience on the effectiveness of Galectovid. Starting this past Saturday, I had a cold that was getting progressively worse in spite of the fact that I was megadosing vitamin C and Airborne. Yesterday I decided to try Galectovid - I took a one day supply (4 doses) and today my cold is gone.

I know that these two experiences are not a substitute for a controlled study but, given the science behind Galectovid and the successful Phase II COVID trial I believe this might be a cure for a broad range of viral infections.

I bought 3 of them and a friend bought 5 of them.

I purchased a galectin inhibitor named Galectovic (classified as a medical food) from galectovid.com. It claims to "Combat Viral Infection by Cleansing Galectin-1 and Galectin-3". If you look in the science section of the website it shows the same plot that has been posted by BIXT covering the performance of Prolectin-M in their phase-II India trials. I'm guessing that BIXT is involved with the development of Galectovid which is why I bought it. I got this in case one of us contracted COVID or another viral infection - my wife and I are both over 70 and viral infections can be debilitating.

We had a good friend come down with a pretty bad case of COVID this week and we gave her one of the bottles we'd purchased which is a 5 day supply. By the second day on Galectovid she was feeling great and she quit taking it on the third day. Your're supposed to either chew (or dissolve in your mouth) the pills four times a day and our friend said the pills really taste good. When both I and my wife got COVID we were out of commission for almost 10 days. I think this is the real deal and I'm going to order more. And I'm going to encourage my friends to buy this product to have on hand.

Such actions are rare these days. Can't get much more behind a stock than what they have done.

Depending on the events and timeline, and Licensing and JV terms, anywhere from $10 to $100/share, if licensing fees go to share buybacks, and reduce the OS share count, and if not bought out first by a SPAC , and if dividends start being paid....it can be a monster

MM's have a new Dowe-Cheatem-Andhow game. They fill an ask slap at the ask except maybe 100 shares, and fill the last 100 or so at the bid, and lie to the market painting the tape with a red candle, and what looks like one trade. Been seeing a lot of that new BS since the Jan 2, new short disclosure rule went into effect

Moderna just scored 570 Million dollars to develop another clot shot that will not work, and no will take, for Bird flue on Humans.
It was political. But Moderna is just another clot shot, fake Vaccine, no one will trust. Moderna product has side effects.

I'm amazed everytime Mike Shiek presents at a conference this stock goes down 10% or more.  I don't mind I keep adding but can he get it right just once?

I guess he thinks the share price will increase. Nothing quite like insider buying. The company indications have a good chance of dominating. It will be interesting to see if they get some offers for buy out of if they only agree to collaborations or licensing. Bears watching closely. Bulls too.
