Also, his manufacturing facility in Tempe was closed down...locked out by the landlord due to failure to pay the rent/lease. Dennis is a loser. George Pappas is going to take the shareholder money because he is no fool. Last week, on the day of the Pappas announcement, many shares were dumped and the SP went from $.001 down to $.0008.
