The stupid ones are the ones who think this will make some kind of run with YTD revenues Sept 2024 of $30.6k , and Accounts Payable of $17.8m and convertible notes of $2.5m with current liabilities totaling $21.7m and total liabilities of $23.3m. It's all there in black and white. Sorry for the bag holders.

I haven't seen his media posts recently but I wouldn't doubt it. Last I heard he was working as a tour guide in new york. Not sure what revenues would be coming from DPLS and the pumpers don't know either as they don't talk about it.

It is unlawful to mislead investors and/or pump their own stock using mass media and/or social media. I doubt anyone would deny that the CEO has been blatantly involved in doing that for many years.

They have to do something illegal and I don't see that Dennis is. It's all in the filings, when he dilutes this down to 0 and says sorry, things didn't work out as i hoped they would nobody should be surprised.

I have been waiting for this to get to .0001 to get back in for another win. However, I really think the CEO has totally screwed this POS ticker. The posters that showed up on Stocktwits really exposed the scam. I am glad I got out with profit but it was eye opening.
The AS and OS are multiple times higher than 2020. The OTCBB market itself is finished, for now. Even if the Teir levels go back to pre 2023 levels I don't think it will help. The AS and OS for almost all tickers is way to high to achieve any substantial movement. Crypto's have probably attracted most of the OTC gamblers.
We haven't had a OTC run since 2021. I have no idea if that is going to happen again.

The OTCBB was fun to play and money was made, I don't see it happeneing at all. There are a couple of tickers that run a little but nothing like 2021 and before.

Good luck on getting your money back from that crooked CEO. It's good to see that someone took action and won, at least on legal paper.

Following up on your curiosity: Another 130mil shares were added to the OS and Unrestricted last night -- in case you're still wondering who/what is holding this down. That's a total of over 1bil shares added -- just since December. Even for DPLS, that's a record number. But, But, Dennis said it's shorting of the stock causing the decline. He's such a kidder.
