Ya for sure. You’d think they would issue some sort of shareholders update. Or at least respond to shareholders emails. That last accounting switch worried me the most.

Hopefully but I’m not very optimistic on that. They never even filed a late notice for filing the last quarter. Your supposed to do that regardless on if your going to miss that deadline or not. I’ve been through this same thing before with ntcxf. That was 2018 and nothing since other than delisted off the TSX pos. Been on otc expert market since worth nothing.

We should have filings within 3 weeks or sooner, depending on the auditors capacity's. The opening should be a sizeable increase from sub .01

They used to reply to my emails but i lost interest and sold most of all my shares in pennies.
I only kept 32 shares of FDCT just to remember this stock and keep an eye on it. Sounds good that they plan to get current but i can’t buy back in until they get current again.

It is getting harder to find a good company that is keeping current. I am in one that filed the late notice then just filed quarterly and news should follow very soon on AF**

At least they responded to you. If it’s just a bit more wait time that’s fine. The fact they fired their accountants 3 months into the audits does worry me a bit for sure though.

I heard back from the company - "I’m concerned about the lack of communication/filings. Is there any update you can offer regarding the silence?"
response - "We anticipate becoming current by Q3 or earlier."

7/10....We anticipate to become current within next two months. We see this as a one off in preparation for a potential uplist to a bigger exchange as a larger firm than we have been historically been. The numbers will speak for themselves.

So long as they file. Should not be an issue. I don't see a reason why they wouldn't given the acquisition and numbers to follow. The uplist thereafter. It'll open substantially higher than the closer before em.

Is it easier nowadays to get from EM back to current? Seems like it.

I’ve had only one other stock to hit the expert market. Ntcxf. It’s defunct still on expert market. I believe that was 2019 when it hit the expert market.

It'll be back. Probably a few months wait. They'll regain compliance and will see a big gap open and not look back.

yeap another accounting team will need to do twice as much work now, lets see if it dies on the vine or comes roaring back for winter

Officially expert market now. At the mercy of audited filings now. When they file and regain compliance, market cap should pop substantially higher at the open.

After time to ruminate on the audit firm changes, I'm of the opinion that given the multiple pieces and acquisition, a higher level of competence and capacity was needed to accomplish the audit. I'm still confident on filings and management's competence on delivering the filings. Much longer than what was expected on audit and uplist, but confident they'll deliver as soon as possible.
Just my take.

Shorts getting everything they want. Sad story for shareholders and corporate insiders. The lack of official updates. by corporate. May be one of the less friendly shareholder companies I've invested in. Hopefully we will have a better week ending.

They've spoken with OTC. Should qualify for the extension. We're good.

I doubt there will be a grace period extension. But I’m committed not dumping either way.

2 months given the full acquisition. Hopefully they'll be granted an extension on the grace period. If not I'll still hold regardless. I've seen equities go to expert only to regain listing at higher values thereafter. The uplist should stymie Johnny come lately to the table.

Why you figure 3 months? Surely Fortune didn’t mess up on everything they did.

We're in for an additional wait period of a few months before the filings and uplist. The audited numbers should be phenomenal. Trade or hold accordingly. Is what it is.

There seems to have been no urgency to update their
OTCQB status that has been prepared year after year
in March/April. This year….nada
