if you read the financial report for ending sept 30, 2024 cash position is 29,578,653 of that is customer funds of 21,576,937..
not likely able to use customer funds for any share buyback plan ... I'm guessing these funds are under Alchemy Markets Limited.. actually listed as an asset and a liability ..

FDCT was magically #4 on the ihub break out board yesterday. Today...gone. Big boy whale club signal??

They could definently PR that they are spending up to X dollars to repurchase significant shares from the public float while also releasing positive PR's of company plans and uplist. This alone could drive the SP into dollars in no time. The key is to not dilute and maintain  purchase power on the SP and create a buyer frenzy. Once the float is locked up the sp could run north of 5 bucks if they are tactical and disciplined. I've seen it happen a few times, but so many on the OTC don't have the cash to carry it out,..FDCT apparently does.

They could. I would be hoping for more acquisitions. If they do plan on still up listing to NYSE bigger company with more revenues would be much nicer.

I thought there woulda been much more volume today. Sit back and wait. It’ll come. From what I gathered for the QB share price has to close above .01 for 30 consecutive days. Thats what I got out of it anyway.

I would " Assume" so given the full audited filings. Might take a few days to have the designation returned. I doubt they'll have to reapply. Minimum is .01 close as well.

How does upgrading to the QB work? Do they automatically move to it now that everything is audited?

High of year is .035. No where near intrinsic value!

I paid for lots of them though. Some back in 2021 I think around .07 and last year at this time I think was around .03-.04. Average is about .017 now. At 32 million float I’m over 8.5 % of them now. I don’t plan on selling any for a while. I’m sure after a year of silence there’s gonna be lots of releases coming hopefully drawing lots of attention.

What a massive move coming here. .07 just for cash on hand. Zero PE on revenues or asset values.
What PE figure do you expect here? Not conventional but 10X cash on hand gets .70. Like I said, not conventional but given the tight float, assets, revenues, sector and growth, a good a place to start imo.
