Looks like APSI holdings was the one that was involved in the 30 million commans added to the unrestricted and restricted a month or so ago to get the restricted shares over 10% so they could file to get rid of unsolicited quotes only barrier or 15c2-11..those 30 million were not listed on the annual report…

You know that when you invest in the OTC... you can buy a POS and pay .0065 for it... everyone is telling you its a POS... but you buy anyway... then just like on Monday that POS goes ballistic and runs to .0147 and your POS is now solid gold...best thing you ever bought... and if when it ran to .0147 you did not sell and everyone was telling you dont worry it will bounce, just profit takers and you listen and the next thing you know its back down to ,0069 and the Gold became a POS once again... Lucky for me I sold at ,014 and then bought that POS again today at .0089 and sold again at .0129

FDCT is currently a POS...and I also blame myself because when I did buy and sell on the from .029 to ,12 I did not sell... I stayed with the mine and keep digging for more Gold... but that does not mean I dont think gold will come around again... but for now we touched .027 today... and from .12 back to .027 makes any stock a POS. I just am not confined to the mentality of thinking if I own it I must praise it theory.. because I and the other 5 people on this board have no power whats so ever the sway how this trades... so anyone pumping it or anyone bashing it is simply not doing anything but passing time .... I will be here when it takes off again and I will praise it for doing so...because it will do so on its fundamentals, not what some CEO promises in an email or what some mod who deletes when he is not happy or some mountain man calling it awful ...on fundamentals... but for right now...today this is a POS period. We all know, those who have been here for minimum of one month what we own... We own a POS, sometimes you just have to step up and it what it is. These statements from him in email and other communications are total BS.... he emailed me and said there were going to talk about the up listing immediately and that was on March 31... is not two full weeks...so come on Mitch do as you say you will or just dont say anything at all.

The share transfers would be useless otherwise. That was the intended purpose. Peeps doubting the clear facts of compliance and attempting to sew doubts, are beyond reason and have nefarious intentions.
The real purpose of this extensive timeline is to have sells on the run up thereafters. The updates that'll follow will create a whole new group of regretful chasers and whiners.
They'll find a problem for every solution.
Just the real real on the markets. Stick with the filings and official acts from the company, and let the momo fomo run up lead to prosperity. I'm personally glad to have a position here and a rare one indeed..

Last week I got the same response concerning a press release on the up list and the warning... it said to monitor the filings and the OTC as well as X for information So they are staying consistent with their replies at least

I will admit that the weekly MACD is about to go positive. Let’s see if THAT works. Nothing happened when the daily MACD turned over. But maybe the weekly will have an impact. But as usual, the company itself needs to bring interest to its stock. But for some reason they don’t seem to feel the need for that, though
