Gain Clients Inc (CE) (GCLT) Share Price

The stock has been delisted and can't be sold through a brokerage account using normal buying and selling. You have to call them up. Anyone had any luck selling their shares?

Dark and Defunct. No news in a long long time. So, I'm assuming this company is done. I should have sold a long time ago. Hindsight is 20/20.

Did you hear that from CEO? He isn't interested in filing and trying to bring it back? Only OTC i have ever held for 99% loss lol

They couldn't find enough business, so they're done. Didn't go private. Just done. A tax right off.

What does dark and Defunct mean and why do you say that? Did they go private and therefore it amounts to stealing shareholders' money who invested in this stock?

It was Pink Current for a long time, just switched to Limited. He has this issue every year.

Trying so hard for what? He hasn't even generated enough money to up-list from pink limited.

I Didn’t ask that. Right now I’m happy we are gaining more clients and the goal is 100 banks by the end of year! Fiserv clients are coming and we have every right to be excited! What price I think we should be? NOT SUB PENNY that’s for sure! Plus no dilution! I’m holding for much bigger gains!

Hey I got a text message from Mr Laine . I asked about interest rates and buyers and here’s his response.

“I’m not surprised at this. Buyers are going through a grieving process. They realized that they “missed the window“. They can remember in recent past that rates were below 4%. Now they are above seven. What they don’t realize is that the 50 year average of interest rates for mortgages, is 7.2%. So we are at average. It will take them time to get through the five stages of grief and land on acceptance. Meanwhile, all of the life events that are triggering sales, like death, birth, divorce, marriage, etc. are still happening and so a stockpile of buyers in need of more space or in need of downsizing is accumulating. What’s going to happen is rates are going to go down, because never in our nations history if we had in a recession, where rates didn’t go down, And the buyers are going to flood back into the market and we’re going to see bidding wars all over again. - Ed Laine
