We can agree on the CEO swaps, thats kind of lame... but Klein needs/wants this higher, just like us.
110m REG A shares into 2b share is 5% of the OS is nothing though.
Especially with Leonite owning those 35m confirmed shares and Im assuming the rest or a known associate with the other 75m shares, we shall see on the q4.
It will get there eventually... hopefully good news on dereg gets it moving. If not.. they may pivot into another sector or start acquiring.
I follow moneymakers, Leonite is basically a smallcap hedge fund that essentially owns ILST HOLDCO via proxy Avi Mink "consulting" "board member" know the signs, you have an opportunity to buy in lower than the noteholders and owners of the stock with a warranted .005 goal and getting neutral on their almost 2 year loan...currently over 85+% loser on.
Make decisions based on your analysis.. sell buy or hold. Do whats best for you.

If youre mad the OS has been added by 5%(110m shares) while Leonite gives money for working capital...
you probably shouldnt be trading OTC.
EVERY STOCK DILUTES.. why is that so hard to comprehend.
ILST got money and lender got shares, thats how this whole stock market thing works.
This will run one day and you have an opportunity to get shares cheaper than the owner who seems to also be getting ready for it.
Or your dilution theory. Leonite buying REG A shares and selling them for less than they paid for.... seems like logical business practice for a successful multimillion dollar fund. Or your other one.. they gave REG A shares for services to Todd Masse and hes dumping? Pretty sure thats illegal if not stated in REG A offering sheet, which I couldnt find.
If you would have followed Leonites lead on RDAR, youd be a millionaire or close to it, just like them.
They are doing the exact same model here. Are you going to cry about 5% dilution or follow their handbook and make money?
Years ago ILST showed a roadmap timeline diagram and dun dun dun low-and-behold, this exact offering was on there. So whoever stayed in the stock knowing this was their plan, and still have a problem when they are executing it? Oh... no self blame??
Guess its all big bad ILST fault for telling everyone how this was going to go.

Again, if you think a multimillion dollar family investment office in NY is going to buy shares of an offering in their own stock @ par value .001 and sell them into the market for even or a loss, WHILE they have a note of .005(80%+ loss currently) and havent converted one share/extending maturity, you most likely dont have much cognitive thought.
Ahhhhhh the "I know someone" story. Classic.
I know a private capital company that doesnt lose on their investments, are spread wide and far throughout the NYSE,NASDAQ,OTC investor space and are currently 80%+ loser on their million dollar investment @.005, in their own stock and are buying more shares. Hmmmmmmmm.....
If the idea is to get rich, dont you think you should follow the model of the person running the show? If you followed Leonites model on RDAR, youd be a millionaire off 50k. This is what they mean by "follow smart money". LONG WAY TO GO TO .005... while the stock sits how many 100%'s away from target?
If my dilution is Leonite buying 100m+ shares.. that isnt a bad thing, but you can spin it however you want and sound ridiculous for the 5 people that read this board.
I asked you to tell us the info about how MM's, shorting in the OTC and dilution works. Please enlighten us.
Its very tough to understand what youre trying to say though, since you dont use basic writing skills.

Did you just ask me why an investor who is 100%+ winner on their investment is selling?
75m shares(75,000$ cash to company)were added to the OS after q3 report.. yes I know that, Thats what subsequent means and someone had to tell you what that meant. BTW thats 5% of the OS, is it anything to write home to mom about? I guess for you, its a huge deal. Do you still call dilution when shares are cancelled from the OS too?
Every stock has dilution. Offering investors are selling Amazon/Tesla/Microsoft etc at this very moment, causing dilution. The shares need to be sold on the open market to deem it 'dilution'.
I told you before, shares issued is not shares sold. If you think Leonite bought at .001 and are selling lower than that or at par... I can only lead the horse to the water.
Im guessing Leonite bought the 75m shares, you know.. to sell back on the open market for a loss and to keep their stock down. Makes sense in your eyes. Buy high, sell low.
A share structure is only a fraction of the essentials for a good stock. 4b+ OS stocks run to .01+ too.
I am all ears though, please explain how dilution, shorting(In the otc is non existent) and market makers work. I need a new perspective and want to make the killer gains you are making too!

I guess you think $10k-20k worth of stock is a massive wall?
I guess you didnt see the mass of shares who bought 0003-0008(100%+ on investment) from 3/20/23-4/9/24...
Nawwwww couldnt be them right?. It couldnt be someone changed their mind and decided they want out, or want liquidity elsewhere... naww couldnt be.
Heres your thought:
1)Big bad Leonite(owner of ILST) bought 35m REG A shares @ .001 for 35k then instead of holding and to hedge their .005 note entry...they are trying to sell them for a loss/even on the open market immediately? That doesnt make ANY sense.
2) ILST(Leonite) issued Todd Masse more shares than they acquired from the REG A for 7 months of CEO services... to dilute their stock to below par value during an offering @ .001(par value)? That doesnt make sense, either.
What does make sense is Leonite is positioning itself to make money on the run up to .005 and beyond.. all while continuing to invest and continuing to not convert one share of their loan and continuing to extend the maturity of the loan, investing in the REG A instead of loaning more to the note( saving accrued interest of 12%)... thats what it is happening. Very ANTI DILUTION if you ask me.
I want Leonite to buy as many shares as possible, I know they are going to long term those shares methodically... not sell for losses or beer money. Also shows they know their money is good.
Again, this is a weed stock. Weed sector is not going to be in the news until Jan/Feb of next year.
Might get some pops here and there but for now it will be a tough sell. These are steal prices for investors who know how important .005 is here. 5x investment is a dream for some, and thats just to break even for the loan holder, who doesnt lose on investments... especially their own stock.
Retail is buying, retail is selling. Trading channels and liquidity where it is.
They dont even pump their stock from the ILST Twitter, they just drop newswires. Not very pumpy for someone trying to sell stock at par value.
I honestly dont know how you could be a profitable trader with thought processes like this.
Cant wait for your next 9 word response.

So youve had 2000-20000% runners "quite often" but it only happens 1/10000 times? Guess youre like the luckiest person in the world, but ... out here complaining about 80-100m shares hitting the OS of 2b while also acquiring $80-100,000 in cash during a REG A offering?
Dilution/toxic notes were significantly worse before the OTC rules change, what are you talking about?... Hence the multitude of law suits the toxic lenders such as TCA, Carebourn etc.. along with a couple toxic MM's that got the boot/sued, after the rule change.
The owner of the company- Leonite- bought 35m shares for 35,000$ and you think they are just putting it right back into the market for a loss? You cant be serious. Its only REAL dilution when the shares are sold into the market, period .. end of story.
OS can be added to or taken away ON PAPER. Until the owner of said shares actually hits the sell button, its only a POSSIBILITY of dilution. They still have yet to convert any shares or warrants on over a million dollar loan, are working with the company(themselves) to extend maturity on those notes as well.
BTW, this whole stock market thing has always and will forever be a place of "lining pockets" EVERYONE is trying to do it, even yourself.. so that mentality is a pretty awful argument as well. The richest folks on earth are rich on paper, from the stock market, from shares they gave to themself. Some made it easier to get there, some harder. Thing is, they made a ton of OTHER people rich as well. Remember that.
Your 'facts' are also just thoughts, with no evidence to support. Even the smartest people in the room can learn from others. Everyone on earth learned something from someone, somehow, in some way. I hope we can move on from these ridiculous claims.
