DD for newbies… $ILST….

1) zero dilution…. Otc markets constantly updates
the share count and share count doesn’t budge +
the daily volume also proves zero dilution

in the first place… please do DD on this guy and
all the previous companies he was in that sold to
bigger weed companies for tens of millions

5) THE federal government will be changing the
classification/scheduling of weed in a few months

6) how about deals with celebrities… including
ICED -t (cube) (lol, cube , not T… got the 2 confused)

Normally the change in the share structure would sound alarms for me, but if these guys are looking to enter partnerships and signup with more celebrities and other movie studios, they need to be able to offer equity. There's not enough money coming in through cashflow to pay them out of. The only way to expand equity is to make more shares available. I think we'll see the dilution everybody fears, but it's not to do a pump and dump, it'll be to do the opposite. I think the leaders have been silent to keep the share price low (for now) and to steer clear from sharing insider info. This may be an opportune time to back up the truck and pack that sucker full.

On the surface it looks bad. So what you got to do. I'll be loading more in trips for those that want to sell.

$ILST - with a CEO like ours, I am not too concerned. I am disappointed, but not concerned. I was in a stock few years back where they did an offering, and then the stock ran from $0.0015 to $0.02 and held above $0.01 for months.

Not saying this will happen here, but chances are much greater with our CEO, than other no name person.

WORST thing you could do in the otc… is:

Go silent for 7 weeks

Announce a 2 B offering (which has a horrible
dilutive perception attached to any offering)

Exactly. I am curious to see who buys these shares too. I dont think they will get even close to selling 2 billion shares, but you will get a good look into who is interested here, outside of Leonite and insiders... especially at .001 par value. Should be an interesting second half of the year here. I will be accumulating all the weed stocks I can, because the boom is coming.

They were always wanting to do this offering. Go look at the roadmap a year ago+. An offering was part of the plan all along, way before Todd Masse was named CEO.
But I guess act like you didnt know that or see that, either way its all missed DD on your part, and why its important to do it.
You are right though, it is sad they couldnt get it moving towards their .005 warranted target, but the sector has been like this for a decade. Not much follow through. If this DEA reclass doesnt signal a reversal, not much will.

Why are you referencing 2 months ago? the offering filing was 2 days ago. So yeah the outstanding share count difference hasn't hit yet but it will when there is a buyer of the 2,000,000,000 at 001. Remember stocks are forward looking lol.

Folks talking about dilution should be more precise in their language unless they want to spread FUD intentionally. The potential for dilution may have increased by increasing the amount of authorized shares. But until those shares are actually issued there is no dilution at all!

The only people buying this offering are insiders. Nobody else except OTC traders even know ILST exists.

Yeah I was very bullish on the new CEO. It will probably bounce back eventually but this is a tough development for a stock that had a great share structure. Sad they couldn't get it moving and not have to bring in an offering like that.

It is rubbish. This had a great share structure. For the years they spent setting this thing up, it is very disappointing that 2,000,000,000 shares worth of dilution is what they have to answer with. Especially with a connection like Leonite, this doesn't seem necessary or the only way to go.
