I don’t think you’ve understood the deeper nature of the situation with the toxic discussion here on the soon-to-be-fabulous-again €KEGS board. Got your message loud and clear about the alleged past transgressions of your friend and mine Thomas Scozzafava.
The current situation is this — €KEGS has 10,800,000,000 shares outstanding, and the CEO filed for a 1:1000 reverse split almost four months ago. These are less than optimal facts.
However, the 1812 Brewing Company has very attractive assets (their four properties, complete brewery producing a lot of brews among them), two world class venues, etc.
