Linh has only 2 choices in my opinion.
1) He can continue in 2025 to have just HiAlloy as the sole entity owned by MVNT, or
2) He can acquire Velocity.

In scenario #1 MVNT share price will continue sub-penny trading until FY 2025 Annual report is due in September. I personally don't believe Linh will file any quarterly reports until HiAlloy has some revenues to report. I think the downside share price will be limited to $.001, which is the approximate value of a clean shell with the share structure of MVNT.

In scenario #2, the share price for MVNT with Velocity will depend on the revenues anticipated for that company. For example, if the anticipated revenues for Velocity are around $10M, then I expect MVNT to be valued at a minimum of $.03/share.

I'm sure there are other scenarios possible, but the two outlined above are the most likely imho.

Well, here it is everybody. The volume weighted average price for the past 3 years:

3 Years $0.021256 About a half-penny lower over the past 1-year. And about a penny and a half higher over the past 5 years. The 5-year average includes the heydays of MVNT from May 2021 thru mid-Jan. 2022. Share price never went much lower than about $.035 during that period.

Aah, those were the "good old days".

Imo, that would have been a good dream if they had the guts to face shareholders and be honest for once.

If MVNT continues with $0 revenues, at some point the dam will break and share price might come down to a level commensurate with the value of a clean shell.

I don't know what clean shells are going for today, but in the past, I recall a figure of $300K being bandied about on other iHub boards. That would correspond to a share price of $.001 for MVNT. Of course the share price could go lower, depending on how long it might take for someone to purchase the shell.

I still hold some hopes that that will not happen, but if Linh doesn't come up with a plan soon to save this ticker anything will be possible.

If they achieve 4 qtrs with zero revenues, they would be basically a shell company that could be sold to another company that wants to go public. This has basically become VHSC-2

Not sure what would make the trend change since no one believes anything they say .so the record of 4 qtrs with zero revenues might be attained. Volume on Friday was just over one million, today zero.

Guess what? 5 years ago, MVNT showed $0 revenues for the last 9 months of FY2020. Just like the past 6 months of FY2024 and maybe more. Q1 FY2025 report not filed yet and perhaps the string of $0 quarterly revenues continues. And Q2 FY2025 is finishing tomorrow. Maybe their string of $0 revenues will extend to 4 quarters! LOL

That really highlights how much progress company has made. NONE!

The concept of valuation is share price and it applies to any scenario..

Movement/Hi alloy has no assets..reverse split will also split their share into oblivion as the valuation will be zero. They have as much to lose as shareholders. Valuation is determined by share price.

Exactly, all the links have been provided as well as the content of the proposed letter. Anyone can use it as they wish if they feel they want to voice their concerns with company..the hard work has been done.

I've provided 18 links to PRs and X posts that contain misleading or fraudulent information.

Anyone is free to use this info anyway they want. So, unless some consensus is reached on how to proceed, I guess I'm done with this also.

It appears that everyone has an opinion on how to proceed so I am happy to let someone else take the lead. Hard to get a consensus when there are too many cooks in the kitchen so as I said earlier, I am done with this.

I agree that sending emails to MVNT will likely achieve nothing. If we send anything as individuals it should be done via registered mail only.

Your suggested letter is a good starting point. However, if you want my name on the letter, I will probably suggest several changes in the wording. For example, just as emails have been ineffective, I think that threatening Linh with an official complaint to the SEC may not achieve anything either.

In any case, I don't want to spend a lot of time on this unless there is a strong willingness by at least 4 or 5 shareholders to proceed with this letter. I've spent time enough already gathering some examples of what I believe were misleading and/or fraudulent PRs and posts on X.

You have done a lot of work also on this issue. Imo, it's time to either move forward as a group or just leave it to individuals to do whatever they want to do.

I think that sending a bunch of email to Linh is an exercise in futility. Imo, the work has already been done and the purpose of the letter is to:

. Ensure that company provides shareholders with real status of current operations and plans
. Ensure that company provides future timely and accurate communication to shareholders.
. Threaten company with filing of SEC complaint if no response is receive to address point no 1 and 2

I have posted that I was willing to post my cell number on ihub so that those individuals that wanted to participate could provide me with their real names and emails for inclusion in then letter. No one has replied thus far.
Skull has volunteered to notarize the letter with his signature and the other listing of real names. All emails provided would copied on the letter if send via email.
So if no one is interested in providing the names and emails, then I am pretty much done with this and everyone will be in their own.

My suggested Plan of Action.
1) All those willing should send their own letter to Linh asking for information about his plans for the future of MVNT. If we agree to this, I will compose my own letter and post it on the board. I will ask for any suggestions of additions or subtractions from my draft. Anyone else can do this also if they want. We should just perhaps try to organize when each of us sends out a letter so that they are spaced a day or two apart. That might be more effective than a bunch of letters sent at the same time.
2) We can post any reply we receive on the board. Depending on what his response is (if any), we can then decide if we want to file a formal complaint with the SEC.

Let's try and coordinate this letter campaign so that Linh isn't overwhelmed and has some time to consider and respond to our complaints. The way "real" companies do this is by holding an annual shareholder's meeting. But I don't think that that is generally practiced by OTC companies.

I checked the TCR link that Slightlybetter0 posted (Post #69,470) and it seems to me filing a TCR with the SEC is not the best way to go. Because there are very specific rules as to why this filing is made. I don't think it would be an easy task for any one of us to do this.

For example, check out the page linked below which asks, "What is your complaint about?" The list which follows this question does not include misleading or fraudulent PRs or posts on X. There is one option that says "Other" that might be appropriate for misleading PRs or fraudulent statements.

I still think the OIEA complaint form that I proposed earlier would be the best way to go. All we have to do is check the first box on the complaint form which says, "Yes, send the form to the firm or company", and Linh will get the message.

You don't need a bunch of signatures or a notary public signature. Just one person is required to give his name, address, and email.

Now if we want to send something to Linh FIRST before a formal complaint is filed, then a bunch of signatures would be great. If Linh doesn't respond to the letter, that would be further evidence of his continuing lack of communication with shareholders.

Please let's try and do things in an orderly way that might best achieve our desired result. And what do we really want? Here's my synopsis. As shareholders in Linh's company (MVNT) all we want is honest information about Linh's plan to achieve his revenue goals with just one small company (HAV) that is currently included under the umbrella of MVNT.

Is anyone also sending in the letter to MVNT? It should be notarized and signature required. Let me know how many also will send in a letter.

That’s it, that’s the link. I think a letter of any kind to management is a waste of time. They have proven time and time again they do not care about shareholders and their sentiment. If you/we want to pursue a serious escalation the it’s directly to the SEC we should go. Everything that’s been discussed recently as far as misleading tweets and PRs is still useful.

The next step would be filling a lawsuit which is way out of my league, however, I think we can all agree between the tweets(without safe harbor or forward looking statements) and PRs there have been PLENTY of false and malicious guidance by Linh and MVNT that can be acted upon. Anything less severe would be a waste of time imo.

Someone with more technical skill has to figure this out..the other alternative is to put all the real names and emails on the letter after your name and signature. Notary can only certify your signature. I can provide my cell number here on ihub and have those interested to text me their real names and emails so that they we can all be copied on the letter. I will finalize the letter with all the info and email it to Skull. Skull has just to copy it and notarize it and finally mail it via certified mail. I will do this after we are in agreement that Skull will be only signer with our names added.

We need signatures. The notary will cover my signature in the presence of the notary. But all other signatures will most definitely help.

I am no legal person but I know when I get something notarized I have to sign it in the presence of the notary. If Skulls puts a letter together and we provide him with our names stating we support what is written and he signs it in the presence of the rotary does this hold any water?
