$5M is a little beyond my comprehension. Like I said, $2M-$2.5M annual revs (projected) for 2025 would meet my best expected forecast for FY 2025.

We are already almost 4.5 months into FY 2025, so one might think management could have a revenue projection for FY 2025. But knowing MVNT like we do, they would most likely not share any revenue projection for 2025 with us lowly common shareholders. LOL

Actually I was hoping for $5MILL along with an official JV announcement but key word is hoping LOL reality is more like SOSDD

I have some comments on your hopes for huge revs.

First, without any revenue increases in Q3 or Q4, I can practically guarantee that MVNT share price will go sub-penny.
Second with even a small revenue increase in Q3 and/or Q4, MVNT share price could increase back to the $.03's.

Finally, I don't know what you mean by "huge revs", but I would be satisfied with revs in the $500-600K range quarterly ($2M to $2.5M annually).

Of course, even better than revenue increases would be a merger or acquisition of Velocity Manufacturing by MVNT.
This was supposed to happen back in 2019!! lol

My own honest appraisal of MVNT share price potential.

Several caveats first.
1) My price range estimates are based solely on annual revenues.
2) I have calculated approximate price per share to revenue per share ratios. Then I used multiplication factors of 1:1 and 4:1 for share price to revenue ratio.
3) As a side comment I note that MVNT has at least two big pluses compared with most OTC tickers: First, MVNT has a low number of outstanding shares compared with most OTC tickers, currently ~334M; second, MVNT share dilution has been very low (in my opinion) compared with most OTC tickers (~17M shares added from 2020 to 2024, mostly from series B preferred shares conversions as far as I can tell).

Given the caveats above here are my revenue numbers and share price ranges below:

Some observations.
Currently MVNT is in the high range of current revenues of ~$1M. When MVNT share price was in the $.03s about a year ago, I believe that was due to speculation that revenues in 2024 would be higher than $1M. Back in 2021 when MVNT hit its all-time high of $.1199, I believe speculation was running rampant that revenues would be in the tens of millions. It was also during a time when many OTC tickers were running hugely on speculation.

We know they suck at filing and communicating let’s hope they show some huge revs.

Yeah right...I think they are overstaffing this one. My 30 adjusters just got changed to 60, but the winds are decreasing. Down to 120 mph now and central pressure has grown from 917mb to 948mb so it is weakening.

This ain’t no Vietnamese restaurant, I think the two brothers bought a clean shell had some worldly ideas and thought it would be easy to run a publicly traded company. They had Sami for awhile with a wealth of experience in the field but nobody talks about him anymore. They talked about merges with other companies but that silent too. We’ll see if anything is filed soon but I think the trip to Belize has been put off until further notice.
