Yes I agree about management itself.
But reopening old wells, building new ones, water piping. Should bring new business. I would hope MVNT would not turn away new customers.
So in some respect yes Trump could make a difference. Also MVNT having somewhat of an AI system could bode well for the future. As L&G Gas and Oil, water piping system also need Parts MVNT can manufacture.
We are in a much better place today then with Biden. Some of those leasing Biden halted will open new projects now. Hopefully MVNT management will take advantage of new endeavors. But only time will tell.
Maybe they sell?? 

I think we're good. There is obviously things going on behind the scene. Our new technology has only been active in use for a year there have been things going on behind the scene and many things could be in the works right now, including a buyout or even PEMEX absorbing the technology department.

With all do respect Skulls , trump or any other president will have nothing to do to help this terrible management !!!

Both purchased were mine one at 11:00 and 2nd at 1:00 about 208.000 shares. Both were listed as sells on ihub trade. I still have a little hope something good will come from MVNT if not in my lifetime maybe my kids and grandchildren will benefit.
If and when this does move I'm positioned very nicely just north of 6 million. We all purchased shares knowing it could go nowhere. Now that Trump is in maybe we get bought or merged or they get there act together. I'll patiently wait..!!🇺🇸

Trades #1 plus #3 equal exactly 132,781 shares (1098 + 131683)!

Only trade #2 was likely a "real" retail trade (imo).

Congratulations MVNT common shareholders.
We have now gone 3 full days without any comical posts or, in fact, any posts at all. If we can continue this for another 3 months, we will equal the period of time MVNT has gone silent (regarding required financial filings) since the last Annual report for FY2024 was filed on 11/14/2024.
Both Q1 and Q2 for FY2025 are officially late and now MVNT/HAV is officially OTC delinquent.

It seems to me that it will be almost impossible for MVNT to attain Pink Current status before the new OTCID Basic Market is launched on July 1, 2025:

All the shareholders who have been here for as long as I have been should look at this another way. We have all been here for so long and have all made nice profits here ( or at least, should have). I for one am not happy to see what is going on here( absolutely nothing), But I also know that this is a penny stock , and making any kind of profit is a win in my book. Looking for something to happen in the near future(hoping). Everyone has their own opinion on what to do, but I think I'm going to hang around for a little while longer. Good Luck to All Here !! Confessions of an MVNT "loyal shareholder" now a grouch.

I have not bought a single share of this ticker in 2025. And I have no plans on doing so, unless and until Linh publicly announces his future plans (or at least his intentions) for the future of MVNT. MVNT/HAV has seen its revenues fall from $1M a few years ago to $100K in FY2024. That's a 90% drop in revs for the non-math wizards. lol

For all we know right now, Linh will just keep chugging along with HAV as the sole component of MVNT. If so, the real asset value of MVNT shouldn't be more than about $1M or about $.003 per share (imo). But who knows what future Linh has in mind for MVNT? There are countless directions he might go in as follows:
1) Do nothing and continue filing Annual reports only and remain as a Pink Limited company until he dies.
2) He could get back to his original plan and use MVNT as an umbrella organization for several additional oil and gas related small companies.
3) He could take MVNT private and not worry about filing any reports at all.
4) He could make a tender offer for all of MVNT shares and thereby gain 100% control and ownership of MVNT.
5) He could declare bankruptcy for MVNT.

There are many arguments that could be made for or against each of the outcomes outlined above. I prefer not to do that in this post.

If anyone has some serious comments on the outcomes mentioned above, I would be glad to read them and maybe even reply to any sincere questions and/or comments.

What good is the best entrepreneurial potential with a management that cannot realize this potential? As you can see, nothing at all!

I would stick to the $100M you proposed earlier.

Also think of this. Probably 95% or more of the buyout money would go to MVNT's JV partners. HAV only provides the valves and that is a miniscule part of the overall technology that PEMEX contracted for (most likely). The most important part is the software that was developed and patented by Sami I believe.

It could possibly be that and more if technology brings lot of costs savings to acquiring company

Preferred B (remaining) = 7.5 to 8.5M

Total = 946M + 1M

Has anyone done the fully diluted share count lately? It's been several years since I did one and If I remember correctly it was just a tad over a billion shares.
That would mean a 100m buyout would be about 9-10 cent. 4-5 cent for a 50m buyout
