Agreed. There is no volume for buyers. If someone wanted to buy 2 million shares right now we would be over 4 cents. There is going to be profit taking for sure, but there is no significant volume. Imagine a 35m share day here. CYBL did 353m shares today over a penny.

Perfect storm

There is no doubt. Did you see the volume on cybl today? 353M shares on the JV announcement at .0125 and only up 50% Can you imagine if we only get 10% of that volume. 35M share day and we are in new highs.
The OTC is starving for some winners. Now is the perfect time.

That million share bid is creeping up. It was at .0095 Wednesday and today it moved to .0105

I wonder who was on the bid at .0087.

Level 2 certainly looked different today on the ask side.

Another day closer

An approximation of how long it will take for the 50-day SMA to cross above the 200-day SMA (a "golden cross") is about 10 days.
Without going through all of my calculations and assumptions here is my primary assumption:
The closing share price for MVNT must stay at $.0175 (average closing price) for 10 days, starting from the close today.
That will bring the 50-day SMA to $.0126 which is currently the 200-day SMA.
A second assumption is that in 10days, the 200-day SMA will change only slightly upward.
I will repeat this approximation every couple of days as the 50-day SMA approaches the 200-day SMA. If there is a big change either way from a close of $.0175, I will have to redo my estimation.

Bet we see a nice update from the company by the end of the month to send this into a parabolic bullish golden cross breakout.

Honestly guys, I wouldn't be surprised if something is said today. If they have to be current by 7/1, then next week is the last full week to do so. The first time this ran hard, there was an announcement on a Friday as well. I think it ripped to 6 cents on that day. 

CoCo's got about the same chance of being right as I do.
However, I would go with CoCo. At least she'll give you a free drink if she's right.
About all I can afford is a small bag of popcorn. LOL

I'm trying to connect all the new dots* here and use them to try and make a guess when MVNT will post their first announcement regarding becoming CURRENT.

I'm trying to complete my thought process over the weekend. If so, I will post the results of my guesswork probably on Sunday.

PS. Not looking for any significant announcements either today or over the weekend from MVNT. But if I'm wrong about that, I will gladly eat these words. LOL

I've been doing some research on these "new hires" and Im not sure how legit it is. 3 of these people appear to work at Jtec based on their Linkedin and it just so happens that JTEC has the word Movement in their company name. Also there is another guy who works at a different company that also has the word "Movement" in it.

I think signalhire is an automated data aggregator and not sure I would fully trust what it is stating. We can confirm Jack Gillett is a new hire for sure since he has Movement Industries on his linkedin.

There is a possiblity that maybe Jtec is a merger play but they are in the forklift business.

I think it just means based on the stock price 6 months ago (around $.008) to now ($.02) gives it an index of 2.13 because the price went up around 2x from since months ago.

My theory on what has been going on behind the scenes with MVNT...

Initially in 2019, MVNT attempted to develop $100+ mill in annual revenue through mergers and acquisitions.

Covid happened in 2020 and disrupted their original plans.

In a May 19, 2021 PR: it states "The Company originally planned to achieve approximately $100MM in revenue through acquisitions or mergers; however, now the Company has a game plan to meet this goal organically."

I think the center piece of this "game plan" is iChem/Chemtune which they interestingly announced the next month on June 28th, 2021.

They have spent the past 4 years developing, testing, and refining Chemtune and it appears that the product is ready to be commercialized.

The amount of money that is being poured into hiring employees, hiring a solid leadership with valuable decades of experience in this industry, constructing a new building, making an updated website, attending a conference, even something small like putting their branding out in front of their physical location seems like momentum that stem from their "game plan" to reach $100 mill in revenues organically.

The importance of Chemtune is that it will bring in reoccuring revenue through a subscription model. Reliable and sustainable revenue coming in without the need to chase new sales. It also brings in much higher profit margins since its a software as a service.

This has been 4 years in the making since the May 2021 PR...

Great work SD! The DD really is providing clarity to the realistic potential of MVNT in 2025 and beyond. We want to this to be a legit and sustainable company that can provide generational wealth and not a tacky or trendy pump and dump. It's been a long journey so far but hopefully its worth the wait.

Cant wait to share the DD when meaningful attention and volume flows into the stock. There are so many scams out there especially in the OTC that brings a lot of cynicism from potential investors to any "new" story.

I think its pretty simple why we are at the price level that we are at.

The company has a past track record at not being able to follow through with the claims they made as well as not keeping up to date with filings. A lot of fluff without substance.

As the company actually prove themselves with filings being done, actual projects with major clients that are proven to be active and generating significant revenue, it will bring in a lot of attention and newfound trust.

This does feel different. They are putting in the actual work. It's just that a small group of us are keen to this. It's MVNT's job to publicly communicate the work they are actively doing and why they are worthy of the market's investment.

First step, get their filings in order. 2nd step, showcase their major plans and the strong team behind the vision. 3rd step, show evidence the actual progress. I think that will be important for us to level up and become a company that can sustain a price level $.10+ in a few months and $.30+ later down the road.

It's time for MVNT to put words into actions and so far we are in a promising early stage of action from what I can gather.
